A longitudinal stabilizing rib is pressed into the center of this classic spoon, a signature design element intended to maintain stability during both fast and slow retrieves. This Williams Wabler, identified by product code 10619, displays a bright Gold finish characteristic of the brand's jewelry-grade plating. Measuring 1 1/2" (4 cm) and weighing 1/4 oz (7 g), it is a compact lure sized for targeting pike or zander. The specimen is in 5/5 condition, showing a very clean surface where the "Made in Canada" and "Williams Wabler" stamps remain sharp. Although the design originated in Buffalo in 1914, this specific lure represents the heritage of the Canadian production facility where all manufacturing centralized in 1978. It features original hardware, including a sharp treble hook and a brass-finished swivel, both secured by robust split rings.
