Nickel-finished willow leaf blades define the classic aesthetic of this Worden’s original, which is presented here as an unused specimen in its original packaging. At 1/8 oz (3.6 g), the lure is balanced for light spinning gear and smaller trout streams. This model, categorized by product code 6211 and bearing the 208 BL stamp on the card back, features a hand-tied black feathered hackle tail. Measuring 2 1/4" (5.5 cm) in length, the spinner is built around a weighted, segmented body manufactured by Yakima Bait in Mexico. The willow blade is specifically engineered to rotate and create vibration in the water, a technical feature established by Howard Worden in the 1950s. Its feathered tail and lightweight construction allow for a subtle profile and a soft entry into the water for stealthy presentations.
