The company Zalt AB was founded in Sweden in 1987 by the married couple Kjell and Monica Söderberg.

Their main invention is the Zalt wobbler (or Zalt Z), one of the most famous jerkbaits in the world.

This lure has a characteristic shape and is famed for its incredibly realistic and seductive action, which is effective for catching Pike and Zander.
