Barracuda - The Florida Fishing Tackle Manufacturing Co. is a legendary manufacturer whose name became synonymous with early saltwater fishing in Florida.

The Barracuda tackle brand was founded in 1923 by Charles Clark. The company specialized in tackle designed for saltwater from the beginning.

Clark created one of the company’s most famous lures -Reflecto

 In 1932, Charles Clark sold the company to Jack and Carl Reynolds. The new owners continued its successful development.

The company is known for releasing another important spoon -the Reflecto a metal lure with a high reflective finish, ideal for trolling and casting for marine predators.

Specialization: Barracuda produced high-quality, corrosion-resistant hooks and terminal tackle, capable of withstanding the conditions of the aggressive saltwater environment.
