Stamped clearly on the nickel-finished back of this 1/3oz (10g) spoon is the "COR-E-CAT 7300 DETROIT USA" mark, an authentic piece of Michigan's angling history. The front face features a vivid red and black scale pattern, punctuated by the iconic Dardevle devil head logo positioned near the top. Measuring 2 1/4" (5.5cm) in length, the spoon retains its signature oblong shape, crafted from the proprietary dies Eppinger has used since the company’s 1906 beginnings. This specimen, assigned product code 5498, remains in very good condition with a 4/5 rating, showing a well-preserved finish and a bright metallic reverse. The hardware consists of a classic silver-tone treble hook attached by a split ring, suitable for various casting or trolling techniques. The combination of the dark scale pattern on the face and the reflective nickel back follows the traditional school of thought for maintaining visibility in varying water clarities.
