Bright chartreuse yellow paint makes a striking first impression on this Eppinger classic, designed for high visibility. Weighing 1/4 oz (7 g) and measuring 1 1/2" (4 cm) in length, this Devle Dog 5200 UV model (Product Code 10162) features four distinct orange-red diamonds surrounding the iconic black devil head logo. Under low-light conditions, the paint provides a strong green luminous glow, a key feature for deep-water or evening sessions. The back of the spoon is finished in polished nickel, offering a metallic contrast to the vibrant front. The lure is unused, showing the sharp graphics and clean hardware typical of a well-preserved specimen. It comes equipped with a silver-toned treble hook secured by a heavy-duty split ring. Still manufactured in Dearborn, Michigan, these spoons use proprietary dies to maintain the specific concave surface established by Lou Eppinger over a century ago. When fishing this spoon, anglers typically rely on a slow retrieve, occasionally adding a lift to the rod tip to engage the contrast between the yellow face and the nickel-plated reverse side.
