Hand-stamped on the reverse with "DEVLE-DOG 5300 DETROIT U.S.A.", this metal spoon is a tangible link to Eppinger’s deep Michigan roots. The Frog color scheme is particularly striking, featuring a dark green base decorated with yellow circles, black dots, and a network of yellow crackle lines. Look closely at the central yellow spot and you'll see the iconic devil head logo embossed directly into the metal. Measuring 2" (5 cm) and weighing in at 1/3 oz (10 g), it’s a mid-sized casting lure that has remained a staple in tackle boxes since Lou Eppinger began production in 1906. This specific specimen, product code 19259, is in unused condition (6), looking just as it did when it left the factory floor.
