Five red diamonds stand out against a vibrant yellow background on this classic 2/5 oz (11 g) Eppinger Dardevle Imp. Measuring 2 1/4" (5.5 cm), the spoon features a solid brass back and the signature red devil mascot stamped on the face. Found in its original packaging with product code 17703, the lure is unused. Eppinger has been producing these lures since 1906, eventually moving from Detroit to Dearborn, Michigan, in 1959. The concave design creates a specific wobbling movement upon retrieval that has been triggering strikes from bass, salmon, and trout for over a century. A clean silver-tone treble hook is attached to the base, matching the high-quality construction standards the company is known for. These lures were considered so reliable that they were even included in aviation survival kits during wartime.
