At a weight of 2/5 oz (11g), this spoon is finished in the recognizable Royal Canadian color palette of red and white. Measuring 2 1/4" (5.5 cm) in length, the Dardevle Imp represents the craftsmanship of the Eppinger company, a mainstay in Michigan tackle manufacturing since the early 20th century. The words "Royal Canadian" are printed in black script along the central white stripe, just below the iconic devil logo. On the concave back, the metal is stamped with "DARDEVLE IMP EPPINGER" to identify its origin and model. This specimen, identified by product code 18523, holds a 4/5 condition rating, showing minor surface wear and aging on the metal treble hook. Its oblong design is built for a wobbling movement when retrieved, a characteristic of the brand's proprietary dies. The lure is rigged with a single treble hook connected to the tail by a metal split ring.
