Tipping the scales at 2/5 oz (11 g), this specific casting spoon carries the density needed for accurate placement in varying water conditions. The front face features a vintage Frog pattern, displaying a deep green base layered with a yellow crackle texture and eye-catching yellow-and-black spots. Centered on the body is the iconic yellow disc showcasing the classic devil head logo, a hallmark of Eppinger’s Detroit-born legacy dating back to 1906. Flipping the lure reveals a clean, polished metal back clearly stamped with "DARDEVLE IMP U.S.A." into the concave surface. Measuring 2 1/4" (5.5 cm), the Imp is a versatile size for mid-sized predators, suitable for casting or a steady retrieve. The hardware consists of a robust treble hook secured by a split ring at the tail. This specimen remains in excellent form, rating at a 5/5 with exceptionally crisp paint and no significant wear to the proprietary die-cast shape. The line-tie hole at the narrow end is clean and perfectly centered for optimal balance during use.
