Five black diamonds adorn the vibrant yellow enamel finish of this classic Eppinger spoon. Measuring 2 1/4" (5.5 cm) and weighing in at 2/5 oz (11 g), this Dardevle Imp (Product Code 3406) remains in unused condition. The front side features the iconic black devil head logo nestled among the geometric diamond patterns, while the reverse side showcases a polished brass finish. This back is clearly stamped with the manufacturer's name, the "IMP" model designation, and the "MADE IN U.S.A." origin. Lou Eppinger founded the company in 1906 in Detroit, and since 1959, these lures have been produced in Dearborn, Michigan, using proprietary dies. The hardware consists of a silver treble hook and a strong split ring. In clear water conditions, the bright yellow face provides high visibility while the reflective brass back mimics the flash of natural forage. The 2/5 oz (11 g) weight is well-suited for casting techniques in both shallow and mid-depth waters.
