Five red diamonds contrast sharply against the bright yellow enamel of this 2 1/4" (5.5 cm) spoon. Stamped clearly on the polished brass backside, the markings identify it as an Eppinger Dardevle Imp made in the U.S.A., specifically cataloged under product code 19780. This specimen tips the scales at 2/5 oz (11 g), making it a versatile choice for casting into medium depths. Unique to the Klicker model, two small copper blades are attached to the split rings at the rear. These metal petals provide additional visual flash and a subtle mechanical sound when the lure is retrieved through the water. Centered on the yellow face is the classic black devil head logo, a hallmark of Lou Eppinger’s Michigan-born brand that has been active since 1906. The hardware includes a single treble hook, showing a slightly darkened tone. Looking at the paint, there is some very light softening around the edges and minor surface marks, resulting in a solid 4/5 condition rating. The brass plating on the reverse remains reflective, showing off the deep-stamped DARDEVLE IMP and 2/5 OZ lettering.
