A polished nickel finish coats the back of this 2/5 oz (11 g) spoon, identifying it as a choice selection for clear water conditions. The iconic Red Devle color pattern is showcased here with its bold red body split by a crisp white stripe and the signature devil head logo. Measuring 2 1/4" (5.5 cm) in length, this Imp model features a specialized wire weed guard to protect the hook when casting into heavy vegetation. Hand-stamped by Eppinger in Dearborn, Michigan, using their proprietary dies, the specimen carries the product code 17445. The lure is unused and remains securely attached to its original retail card, which lists intended targets like Bass, Salmon, Trout, and Panfish. A specific reference to the 2516 series number is printed just above the barcode on this well-preserved vintage piece.
