Stamped into the bright silver finish on the concave face, the maker's mark identifies this 1 3/4" (4.5 cm) spoon as a genuine Garcia Sierra. Weighing in at 2/5 oz (11 g), the metal body is shaped for efficient casting and reaching specific depths. A series of wavy, scalloped scales are etched across the convex side to create a varied reflection pattern in the water. This particular specimen, identified by product code 24459, is in excellent 5/5 condition with the silver plating retaining a high-gloss luster. The rear eyelet carries a dark-finished treble hook, typical of the era's hardware. This model belongs to the period when Garcia and Abu worked closely to define high-quality casting spoons.
