Museum Archive: Heddon Tiny Torpedo, 1/4oz Black / White fishing lure #10950

Dressed in a striking Black and White Shore Minnow pattern, this 1/4oz (7g) topwater plug represents a mid-90s era of Heddon production. The 2" (5cm) body is equipped with a single rear propeller, a signature feature that produces a spray across the surface when retrieved. This particular item, identified by product code 10950, originated from the El Salvador facility as noted on the back of the carding. As an unused specimen, the lure remains in pristine state within its original clear bubble packaging, which carries the 1995 Ebsco Industries copyright. The high-contrast bone-like stripes on the dark body provide high visibility for surface-feeding predators. The hardware consists of two belly and tail-mounted trebles, secured with standard hangers typical of this production run. Technical instructions on the reverse side offer vintage fishing tips, emphasizing a patient "stop-go" retrieve for best results.
