Striking nickel plating serves as the base for a bold orange stripe accented with four distinct black dots on this vintage spoon. Carrying product code 11305, this Seneca-era Little Cleo is a collector's find, predating the Acme acquisition in the early 1980s. A hallmark of these early American-made spoons is the "Hula Girl" dancer stamped into the metal on the back, a feature many anglers swear was the secret to its long-standing reputation. Measuring 2 1/2" (6.5cm) and weighing in at 3/4oz (21g), the lure is designed for significant casting distance. The back of the blade remains bright, clearly displaying the "Seneca Tackle Co" and "Wigly Lure" stamps alongside the dancer. This specimen is in excellent shape, with the metal and paint maintaining a crisp appearance that rates 5/5. A heavy-duty split ring connects the blade to its original, sharp treble hook. The manufacturing origin of the USA is stamped directly into the tail of the spoon.
