Half-painted in a vibrant fluorescent orange, this Seneca casting spoon showcases a classic two-tone finish against its polished gold base. Carrying the product code 9939, this specimen represents the original era of the Little Cleo (Hula Girl) before the Seneca Lure company was acquired by Acme in the early 1980s. On the reverse side, the legendary 'Hula Girl' dancer is deeply stamped into the metal, a hallmark feature that seasoned anglers often credit for the lure's historical success. Along with the dancer silhouette, the back is clearly marked with the 'WIGL LURE' name and the 3/4oz (21g) weight designation. Measuring 2 1/2" (6.5cm) in length, the spoon's thick construction is designed for long-distance casting. The condition is rated at 5/5, showing a very clean surface with the gold plating retaining its original luster and the orange paint remaining crisp. A sturdy bronze-finished treble hook is attached via a heavy-duty split ring at the rear.
