A distinct shad pattern covers the compact 2" (5 cm) body of this vintage Luhr Jensen Deep Secret, identified by product code 24138. Its oversized, clear diving lip is purposefully designed to reach depths of 16 ft (5 m) on a cast and can plunge down to 33 ft (10 m) when trolled. Made in the USA, the lure features an unusually shaped blade that facilitates a rapid descent to the strike zone. The branding "LUHR JENSEN" is clearly stamped on the upper side of the body, which is weighted at 1/2 oz (14 g). Two dark-finished treble hooks are present, with the forward hook positioned just behind the massive lip.
