Fluorescent yellow paint covers the wide blade of this size 3 spinner, providing a high-visibility profile often favored by anglers in stained or deep water. Weighing 1/4 oz (7.3 g), the Mepps Aglia 3 (Product Code 2170) features components crafted in France and assembled in the USA. The central brass body is designed with a ribbed weight section that balances the 2 1/4" (6 cm) frame. On the business end, a treble hook is dressed with hand-tied yellow bucktail and finished with a red thread collar, a classic visual trigger. This specific lure is in excellent condition, rated 5/5, with no signs of wear on the blade or the feathered hook. Since its invention by Andre Meulnart in 1938, the Aglia has utilized a cone rotation system designed to keep the blade spinning even at slow retrieve speeds.
