The elongated gold willow-leaf blade is finished with a distinct diamond-pattern texture and stamped with the Mepps logo and size 5, signifying its French-manufactured origins. Components for this specimen, product code 23568, were crafted in France and later assembled in the USA. Measuring a total of 4 3/4" (12cm), the lure features a body of stacked brass-colored beads that provide the necessary balance for casting. The treble hook is wrapped with bright yellow hair, secured by a tidy black thread finish. This piece is in 5/5 condition, with the gold plating on the blade and beads retaining its original luster.
