Nickel plating on the concave side features the distinctive 'TOR-P-DO 3 MPLS. MINN.' stamping and fish logo indicative of its Minneapolis, USA roots. Measuring 2 1/4" (6 cm), the spoon carries a vibrant pink UV finish across its convex surface, split by a central vertical strip of prismatic, checkerboard-patterned tape. This Nebco Tor-P-DO 3 UV, cataloged as product code 19345, is in 4/5 condition, exhibiting just a few soft signs of handling as small paint losses along the outer metal edges. The holographic foil remains intact and provides a shifting visual against the bright pink paint.
