Stamped with distinct horizontal lines across its nickel-finished blade, this spinner represents a classic era of American tackle design from the Pflueger workshops. Measuring 5 1/2" (14 cm), the Pflueger June Bug features the signature offset blade designed for trolling or casting rigs. One side of the teardrop-shaped blade is finished in polished nickel, while the reverse displays a bold red coating over a brass surface. Weighing 3/16 oz (5.5 g), the assembly includes a long-shank single hook and a robust brass barrel swivel at the lead. This specimen, identified by product code 10137, is in 4/5 condition, showing well-preserved metal finishes and vibrant red paint with only light, natural wear visible on the underside. The wire frame remains straight and the manufacturer's stamping on the blade face is crisp and clear.
