Rainbow Blue finishes like the one on this 2 1/4" (6 cm) specimen were hallmark designs for the Storm company before their acquisition by Rapala. A 1/2 oz (14 g) weight class gives this Lightning Shad, product code 11740, the heft needed to reach its intended diving depths of 10 to 15 ft (3 m - 4.5 m). The transparent body reveals internal rattle chambers and a color pattern transitioning from a deep blue spine to a pale green flank and a silver-scaled belly.
