Weighing in at 3/4 oz (21 g), this heavy-gauge metal spoon remains a standout piece for any collector specializing in Michigan-made tackle. The hallmark of this Dardevlet Klicker model is the pair of small, tear-shaped metal blades attached to the rear split ring alongside the treble hook. These blades strike the main spoon body during a retrieve, generating a mechanical clicking sound that complements the visual flash of the silver finish. The reverse side features the crisp, deep-stamped text identifying it as a genuine 'DARDEVLET' from 'DETROIT U.S.A.', a mark of its origin before Eppinger moved operations to Dearborn in 1959. Measuring 2 3/4" (7 cm) and carrying product code 12300, the specimen is remarkably well-preserved. The polished silver surface is free of significant blemishes or oxidation, reflecting its 5/5 condition. A sturdy treble hook is attached via a heavy-duty split ring, ready for casting or trolling applications where a combination of flash and sound is required.
