Museum Archive: Vintage TODDCO Main liner UV, 2/5oz Fluorescent Yellow / Pink / Nickel fishing spoon #7284

A vibrant fluorescent yellow finish coats the upper face of this 2/5oz (11g) spoon, punctuated by a symmetrical pattern of high-visibility orange-pink dots. Under UV light, the body emits a strong green glow, a technical property of the 'Main liner UV' series (Product Code 7284) designed for visibility in low-light environments. Manufactured in the USA by TODDCO until approximately 1980, the spoon features a polished nickel reverse side for maximum flash contrast. Measuring 2" (5cm) in length, the stamped metal body is paired with a sturdy split ring and a sharp treble hook.
