Graduated shades of orange, yellow, and green on the size 5 blade give this specimen a striking visual profile. Weighing in at 1/2 oz (14 g) and measuring 3 1/4" (8 cm), the Mepps Aglia 5 Dressed (Product Code 15025) is a heavyweight among spinners, assembled in the USA using French-made components. The blade features the iconic "Mepps AGLIA" stamp alongside black crescent markings and a bold size indicator. Behind the cone rotation system, three textured yellow beads lead down to a hand-tied dressing on the treble hook. This dressing utilizes natural black hair with a subtle red accent near the tie-point, designed to add bulk and provide a distinct silhouette underwater. Maintaining a clean 5/5 condition, the hardware and finish remain bright. Since Andre Meulnart first designed the Aglia in France in 1938, the lure has become a staple for targeting large pike, bass, and musky. The heavy-gauge wire and sturdy treble hook reflect the durability Mepps is known for, ensuring the lure remains functional when retrieved through heavy current or at various speeds.
