Museum Archive: Vintage Mepps Syclops 3, 1oz Silver fishing spoon #14179

A stamped weight of 1oz (26g) and the "MADE IN FRANCE" mark are deeply impressed into the reverse side of this silver spoon. The front face features a fine scale-like texture and vivid red graphics, including the Mepps Syclops 3 branding and three curved accents. Measuring 3 1/2" (9cm), the lure carries product code 14179 and is preserved in excellent condition with a 5/5 rating. A treble hook is attached at the tail, distinguished by a bright red plastic tube covering the shank. The blank is formed with a distinct S-bend, a technical detail intended for balance during casting and trolling.
