The Pico Perch Fishing Technique For the effective use of the Pico Perch wobbler, which imitates a baitfish, anglers are advised to use this strategy: Cast and Sink:  Cast the lure out and allow it to sink freely to your desired depth (you can use a counting method, as these lures typically sink about a foot per second).
