Tipping the scales at a substantial 1 oz (28 g), this vintage specimen features a classic textured scale finish in red and white. Measuring 3 1/2" (9 cm) in length, the spoon carries the distinctive "DARDEVLE DETROIT U.S.A." stamp on its reverse, a detail that dates its manufacture to the era before Lou Eppinger moved operations to Dearborn in 1959. This specific item, identified by product code 19164, showcases a honeycomb-like scale pattern on the convex side, offering a tactile variation to the more common smooth paint finishes. The nickel-colored back remains bright, while the painted face shows minor surface wear and small chips from previous outings, giving it a well-earned 4/5 condition rating. It comes equipped with a large, bronzed treble hook secured by a robust split ring, designed for targeting heavy-hitting pike or muskies. The forward line tie is clean and open, ready for a wire leader or snap swivel.
