Stamped clearly on the reflective inner surface is the mark of Dearborn, MI, the location of Eppinger’s manufacturing facilities since 1959. This Rok’t Dardevle model, Product Code 19748, features the striking Honeycomb Crash pattern, combining a bright yellow scale motif with an orange-red glow along the edges. Measuring 3 1/2" (9 cm) and weighing a substantial 1 3/4 oz (50 g), the spoon is built for distance casting and reaching deeper targets. The classic devil head logo sits near the top, a symbol of the Eppinger family legacy that began in a Detroit basement in 1906. This specimen is in excellent shape, holding a 5/5 condition rating with its vibrant paint and sturdy silver-toned hardware still intact. Its thick metal construction and deep concave profile are achieved using proprietary American-made dies to ensure specific hydrodynamic movement. The large treble hook is connected by a heavy-duty split ring, designed to manage the pull of heavy freshwater predators.
